It feels really good to know that a year ago I was working at a highly disfunctional restaurant hosting its first ever Easter Brunch. The day was incredibly stressful and drove everyone to their wits end. It made me wish to never work at a restaurant again, though I had been working in food service for 4 years. Today however will be entirely different. I am once again working, but I don’t mind it at all, in fact, I picked up an extra shift. I am very excited to be celebrating this joyous day in the most magical place on earth! Happy Easter to all! He is risen!
